How is PhotoSEO different?
Other AI tools just guess what’s in your photo. PhotoSEO uses context engineering to deliver SEO-ready alt text, titles, and keywords you can publish instantly.
How does PhotoSEO work?
PhotoSEO analyses each photo individually. The algorithm is not based on image recognition like i.e. Google images. So a few keywords will surely improve your results. The program can not always see if a ring is sterling silver, or be certain of which type of gem is mounted. After a while you will know which photos are processed finely without more data or if you should add a few words.
How accurate is PhotoSEO
PhotoSEO is a probalistic tool. The better the input the better the output!
Image quality – sharp, clear images with recognizable subjects yield more reliable results. A cluttered photo or very low resolution can lead to vague descriptions.
Context input – if the user adds just a few hints (e.g., location, year, product name), accuracy rises dramatically because PhotoSEO isn’t guessing in a vacuum; it has a framework to build metadata on.
Output type – alt text and simple image descriptions typically land very close to correct (70–90% recognition of subject and mood). More complex outputs, such as SEO titles, keywords, and blog prompts, are more interpretive. Here you might see 60–80% “accuracy” compared with what an experienced SEO specialist would have written.
PhotoSEO doesn’t promise perfection. It delivers a first draft that saves time and gives you an SEO-optimized foundation. The user can always edit and adapt—and that’s actually a strength, because it ensures the output has both AI efficiency and human nuance.
On a rough scale, you could say:
Alt text: high precision (8–9/10).
Description/metadata: medium to high (7–8/10).
SEO titles/keywords/blog prompts: good, but needs human fine-tuning (6–8/10).
You can compare it to a machine that finds gold nuggets in a river: it gathers most of them, but you still have to pan the gravel yourself to find the purest pieces.

Can I improve results?
Although the program is advanced some images are not easily analysed. So yes, you can improve results, a better photo or by adding a few important keywords: i.e. year, location. The program will look at the provided data and incoorporate your data if necessary. Find the box below the one where you upload your photo
Improve results with a few keywords
just left of the “Start analysis” button.
Can I copy and edit the results?
Yes you can! However output can be dropped straight into WordPress, Shopify, Yoast or RankMath. If you want to tweak brand tone, it takes seconds. When your image is processed you will find a table with several fields ready for copy/download. Just pick the ones you need and paste, or copy or download what you want. If what you need is in the results and not in the table, copy it from the results.
What kind of files can I upload?
Currently we support JPEG, PNG and WebP. File size is limited to 10 MB and resolution to 20 million pixels for performance reasons.
Is PhotoSEO.ai free to use?
Usage of PhotoSEO.ai is limited to 10 photos a month. We plan to offer monthly subscription plans. However we will most likely still offer a limited number of free analyses per month so you can test the service. For higher usage or professional needs, a paid plan is available.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We respect your privacy. No resale of data. You are in full control of your files and results.
Do you store my images?
No. Your images are yours. We do not store or share any uploaded files. The analysis runs securely and the results belong only to you.
How about my EXIF data
For safety reasons we return your compressed photo without EXIF data. On demand we will consider a toggle for this feature, however if implemented most likely ony JPEG format will be possible.
Should i review before use?
The tool uses advanced AI models to analyze your photo and context. Most results are typically 90% ready to use, but we always recommend reviewing and adjusting to match your brand voice. So in short even the tool is powerful you are the censor.
Limits for image sizes
Currently we limit images to 10 MB and 20 MP
Does PhotoSEO.ai give results for all photos?
All photos including product photos will be processed and results will be presented if possible, as you might already know some censorship is involved and certain photos will simply not give results.
Errors and counts towards limits
The error messages should be explanatory, but if you find any error message difficult to understand please ask. If your uploaded photo gives an error message, rest assured thatit has never been processed and that it does not count down on your quota. Failed to fetch is one example, and means that for some reason, be it a time out, a bad connection or something else, the photo never reached us.
